When the word came that Ram Mandir, Ayodhya will need a Ram Darbar — something inside every craftsman of Pandey Moorti Bhandar, Jaipur changed forever. This was not just another order. This was a lifetime of seva.
Our Beginning
Pandey Moorti Bhandar was founded in 1950 by Shri Rameshwar Lal Pandey Ji. What began as one man’s dream slowly became a family’s life mission. Later, his sons Shri Satyanarain Pandey Ji and Shri Pushpendra Pandey Ji took this legacy forward. Today, his grandsons — Puneet, Prashant, and Prasoon Pandey — are carrying the same vision to the world, with new dreams and the same devotion.
For us, sculpting a murti is never just about art. It’s about bringing life to faith itself.
The Beginning of a Historic Seva
When the responsibility came to craft the Ram Darbar for Ayodhya’s Ram Mandir, it felt like Bhagwan himself chose us. The marble used wasn’t ordinary — it was old, rare, and perfectly pure Makrana white.
It took months to find that one perfect block that felt destined for Ram Ji’s darbar.
And then started our toughest yet most beautiful journey —
- 1.5 years of continuous work.
- Sun, rain, dust, nights and days — nothing stopped the team of over 150 skilled karigars.
- Every strike of the tool was a prayer. Every polish a form of bhakti.
- We didn’t count hours, only blessings.
The Journey From Jaipur to Ayodhya
The day the murti left our Jaipur workshop was emotional — packed with care, wrapped in devotion.
Each piece of the Darbar was sent with the same feeling — “Prabhu, Apne ghar laur rahe hai”
When it finally reached Ayodhya, the air itself felt divine.
Then came 5th June, 2025 — the day of Pran Pratishtha. In presence of saints and devotees, our Ram Darbar — Lord Ram, Mata Sita, Lakshman Ji, and Hanuman Ji — were placed in the grand mandir. For our family, this wasn’t just the success of years of work — this was the fulfillment of generations of prayer.
Tears came, but not from exhaustion — from gratitude. Because our hands got the chance to serve Ram Ji returning home.
A Legacy of Craft & Devotion
From California to London, USA to Pakistan (Hyderabad) — our murtis already stand in temples around the world. But the Ayodhya Ram Darbar is our proudest creation — our biggest seva to Sanatan parampara.
At Pandey Moorti Bhandar, we use only the purest Makrana marble. Our strength lies in understanding what the devotee feels — not just what they ask for. Every murti is crafted after knowing the emotion behind it, so that when it’s complete So divine that it feels like Bhagwan himself is present before you.
This Was Never Just Work
This was the story of four generations.
Of belief that traveled from a small workshop in Jaipur to the grand temple of Ayodhya.
Of hands that shaped history.
And when people ask, “How did it feel?” —
There’s only one answer — “It wasn’t us. It was Ram Ji’s wish.”
